A-10 Pilot by Layne Larsen
Painted in acrylics using the Flemish technique that requires six layers of paint: imprimatura, two umber layers, a grey layer and two colour layers. So, technically, you are painting a complete, finished painting five times. This painting was done to document the process for an article that was serialized in AerialViews, the CAAA quarterly newsletter.
